Inspired by the Hotel’s collection of works by the Northwest’s foremost contemporary artists, its proximity to Seattle Art Museum and our chef’s creative flair, ART Restaurant and Lounge celebrates authentic Pacific Northwest cuisine with unique global influences.
With a setting as thoughtfully designed as a work of art, the restaurant’s interior is a highly detailed sculpture featuring woods native to the Pacific Northwest. Floor-to-ceiling windows offer sweeping views of Elliott Bay and the Olympic Mountains.
Acclaimed local chef Kerry Sear returns to Four Seasons with his best-source approach, which incorporates fresh, locally produced ingredients into menus designed for a signature dining experience. Sear works with local organic growers, foragers and independent specialists to introduce an unexpected twist to Northwest fare.
